Services
Sabina personally leads every application — supported by a small family team handling communication and post-arrival help, not a rotating cast of junior staff.

Primary Assessment
Applying to the wrong program wastes time, money, and application fees. A clear-eyed assessment upfront prevents that.
Sabina offers a free, direct evaluation of each student's academic record, financial position, and English proficiency, and gives honest feedback on which Australian universities and courses are realistic — not just which ones sound impressive.
Application Processing
A single missing document or missed deadline can cost a student an entire intake.
We manage the full application from start to finish — form accuracy, supporting documents, statement of purpose review, and tracking every university's response — so students always know exactly where their application stands.
Documentation
Universities and the Department of Home Affairs both require specific, correctly formatted documentation. Errors here are one of the most common causes of delays and rejections.
Sabina reviews academic records, financial proof, and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) paperwork line by line, drawing on her own experience navigating Australian institutions and immigration requirements as both a professor and a former applicant herself.
Visa Application & Interview
The student visa (Subclass 500) process evaluates genuine intention, financial capacity, and course fit — not just paperwork completeness.
We prepare students for the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement, review financial evidence, and run through likely interview questions so students walk in confident rather than anxious.
Messaging & Communication Support
Students and families often have quick questions that shouldn't have to wait for a formal consultation slot.
A dedicated team member handles day-to-day messages, calls, and emails, keeping students updated and routing anything that needs Sabina's direct attention to her promptly.
Post-Arrival Support
The transition doesn't end at visa approval — settling into a new country, city, and institution brings its own challenges.
Because our team has a genuine, permanent presence in Sydney, we can offer students in-person guidance after arrival: practical orientation, pointing students toward accommodation and support services, and staying reachable as a familiar contact in a new country.
